As is our tradition, our Workforce is an essential part of the valuable asset on which Trafiltubi’s value is based. Our staff is highly stable and undergoes continuous training, so that the internal organization can always count on more than one employee capable of performing crucial tasks. The management of work is shared and based on a network of efficient relationships, thus on a system that is not merely top-down, but intended to create a solid fabric in which everyone is important, no one irreplaceable, and in which everyone is enabled to work in serenity and in a positive social climate. In accordance with our Quality System, the customer/supplier rules of ISO 9001 are applied in every single production department, consequently each function/department is equipped with internal rules (procedures/operational instructions) appropriate for meeting the requirements of its internal customer in harmony with what is established by our System.
The team of employees always increases over the years with moderate balance and steadily (it has thus grown from 30 in 2004 to 40 today), and counts on employees with 30 years of experience as well as young and constantly evolving forces. Each of our workers is a skilled worker who is trained to understand the entire production process and who participates in the conception of quality in full awareness of the importance of each individual gesture, continually called to involvement on the goals to be achieved, short and long term, so as to maintain high tension toward the final result and to appreciate, even creatively, the result of their work.
